Refund policy

• During SALE and PROMOTION, items are not returnable nor exchangeable.
• We do not accept exchange or refund on change of mind or wrongly purchase.
• As products sold are non-refundable, we regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Kindly ensure that you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed check out with payment.
• The Klover Space Trading reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition.

Returns

1. You have Seven [7] days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Please take a photograph of the defect item received and WhatApp's us at +6012-3610838 or email us at http://order@klover.my
3. Kindly provide the order number in the correspondance message or email.
4. Packed and send back the defect item to us at the below address:-           
   31-8, Level 8, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra  59200 Kuala Lumpur.
5. Once we received the return item, we will immediately notify you on the status of the exchange or refund. 

Shipping

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
