- All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders made on Friday after 12 noon will be process on next working business day.
- All confirmed order will be couriered via standard delivery services follow by standard shipping choice.

- The Klover Space Trading will not responsible for any damages or loss of goods or delay of delivery times once the item are transferred to the courier partners.

- For parcels returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will try to call and ask for the correct address to re-schedule for the next delivery. (Please note that re-schedule of delivery, customer will need to pay for the courier service charges.)
